What’s a “Chemistry Meeting” with BORRN.
We just need 120’ in a virtual room with the founding team and a challenge.
BORRN was founded on the belief that entrepreneurs can reshape the future. Our mission is to empower these visionaries with our resources: craft, time, talent, and capital. This starts even from our first encounter with them, what we call a Chemistry Meeting. These sessions are not just for immersion and getting to know each other; they're collaborative workshops where together with founders, we unlock creative solutions for their most pressing challenges.
The backbone of this 120-minute session:
We meet founders and their teams for just 2 hours to focus on their essential business needs. We are getting a first sense of what matters for them at this point. This is a real example below:
“We would review (in fact maybe redevelop) our Value Proposition. Revamping a website from a marketing communication pov (from tagline message to homepage hero content, CTAs, etc - based on the defined new target audience and their needs)”
Then, we organize the session into clear phases:
Identifying the problem and seeing the venture through the founders’ eyes.
Gathering insights through customer interviews
Working together using practical exercises
Collective brainstorming for functional solutions
In the next 24 hours, we get back to them with actionable tailored feedback on what we discussed and our thoughts on how we can work together as a team.
Why we need this:
Founders talk, we listen, and together we identify the heart of their challenges. It’s about making the most of our time together and pushing their venture forward. And we know we can have an impact because:
We bring a fresh perception that combines innovative thinking with deep functional expertise. This external insight can illuminate unseen opportunities and challenge existing paradigms, providing a clear path forward.
This process encourages founders to take a step back and engage in a critical reassessment of their initial mission and business fundamentals. Reflecting on the journey from inception to today enables a deeper understanding of their venture's core values and objectives.
Establishing a collaborative relationship is at the heart of our approach. We seek to partner with founders whose vision resonates with us. For them on the other hand, it’s important to experience firsthand the strategic value we can add, laying the groundwork for a productive partnership.
